Some small skin lesions take up far more space in your mind than they do on your skin. The wart you notice every morning in the mirror, the cherry angiomas that seem to be multiplying across your décolletage, the mark that no longer fades on its own.
Most are benign and can be removed in the clinic within minutes. What makes the difference is not simply removing them: it is first confirming exactly what they are and then choosing the right technique, so the skin heals as evenly as possible where the lesion used to be.

We use medical plasma technology, which concentrates energy on a very precise point and removes the lesion layer by layer, without a scalpel and while minimising contact with the surrounding healthy skin. This precision makes it particularly useful for delicate areas — such as the eyelids, face and décolletage — where more aggressive techniques may be less suitable.
It is not a universal eraser, and that is important to say clearly: some lesions respond better to a different technique, while others should not be treated without prior dermatological assessment. That is why treatment always begins with a diagnosis.
The procedure takes only a few minutes. If the area is sensitive, topical anaesthetic can be applied to keep you comfortable.
A small crust forms over the treated lesion, protecting the skin while it regenerates, and usually falls away on its own after about a week. The new skin underneath may look slightly pink at first and gradually blends with the surrounding skin tone over the following weeks, with careful sun protection.
These are among the lesions that most often become bothersome in everyday life: they rub against clothing, catch on jewellery or simply sit somewhere you would rather not see them. Most can be removed in a single session. When a wart is caused by a virus, the virus may remain present even after the visible lesion has disappeared.
These small red spots that commonly appear over time on the trunk, décolletage or arms are benign clusters of tiny blood vessels. Once a specific cherry angioma has been treated, it does not usually regrow from that same lesion; however, new ones may develop elsewhere over time as part of the skin's natural ageing process, and they can be treated just as simply.
Well-defined dark spots caused by cumulative sun exposure often respond well to targeted treatment, particularly when they are few and clearly delineated. If your main concern is diffuse uneven pigmentation rather than a specific spot, another approach may be more appropriate — and we will explain this during your assessment.
Yellowish plaques on the eyelids can be removed precisely without conventional surgery, helping to minimise scarring in such a visible area. There is one important point to understand before deciding: xanthelasma is associated with lipid metabolism, so it may recur over time even when removal has been performed correctly. We will discuss this during your consultation, together with measures that may help reduce that likelihood.
The controlled micro-injuries created by plasma stimulate collagen and elastin, and superficial acne marks may become visibly softer. Several sessions are usually needed in this case, improvement is gradual, and deeper scars tend to respond less. During your assessment, we will explain what your own skin can realistically be expected to achieve before you begin.
In selected cases, some small cysts can be treated in the clinic without stitches. Not every cyst is suitable: size, depth and location all matter. The doctor will confirm during your consultation whether yours can be treated this way or whether a surgical approach would be more appropriate.
This treatment may be suitable if you have one or more small, well-defined benign skin lesions — such as warts, cherry angiomas, solar lentigines or xanthelasma — that bother you because they rub, because of their appearance, or simply because you have wanted to remove them for some time and were unsure how.
Some situations require a different approach. If a lesion has changed in shape, colour or size, or if it itches or bleeds without an obvious reason, the first step is not to remove it but to investigate it. In that case, we refer you for dermatological assessment before treating anything, because removing a lesion without a diagnosis can mean losing clinically important information.
If your aim is to improve overall skin tone rather than remove specific lesions, other treatments may be better suited to that goal and we will guide you accordingly. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, the prudent option is to wait.

Smooth, even-looking skin where the lesion used to be. That is the goal, and it is more demanding than it sounds: it is not enough for the wart or cherry angioma simply to disappear; the treated area should blend as naturally as possible with the surrounding skin, without a step, obvious mark or lasting change in tone. That is why both technical precision and choosing when and how to treat each lesion matter so much.
In most cases, one session per lesion is enough, and a fully removed lesion does not usually recur from that exact treated lesion. You can return to your normal day after leaving the clinic; the main aftercare is to leave the crust undisturbed while it heals and protect the area from the sun over the following weeks.

The advantage of medical plasma technology is its precision — it acts on the lesion itself while minimising damage to the surrounding skin, and it does not require incisions or stitches, both of which can contribute to scarring.

Your aftercare matters too: allowing the crust to fall away on its own and protecting the area from the sun are two of the most important steps in helping the skin heal with as little visible trace as possible.
A lesion that has been completely removed does not usually regrow from that exact treated lesion. That said, each type behaves differently: new cherry angiomas can appear elsewhere over the years as part of skin ageing; xanthelasma can recur because of its relationship with lipid metabolism; and viral warts depend in part on whether the underlying virus remains active.

Because every lesion is examined before treatment. The doctor assesses each one individually and only treats lesions that are clearly identified as benign. If a lesion shows any features that raise concern — such as recent changes, irregular borders or bleeding — a dermatology report is requested before proceeding.
Discomfort is usually mild — most patients describe a brief, localised sensation of heat, and topical anaesthetic is applied beforehand in sensitive areas. Afterwards, the area may be slightly red and a small crust forms, usually falling away on its own within around five to seven days; it should not be picked or covered with make-up until it has come off. From then on, use high-factor sun protection on the area for several weeks. You can resume normal daily activities straight away.
Yes, although the ideal timing depends on the type of lesion and where it is located. New skin needs strict sun protection while it matures, and that is the key consideration: a cherry angioma on the covered trunk is generally much easier to manage in August than a pigmented spot on the cheekbone or a lesion on the eyelid if you have several beach days ahead. In those cases, the doctor may recommend waiting until afterwards. Timing is one of the points we decide during your consultation.
Yes, and this is often the most practical approach. If you have several cherry angiomas or small warts, they can usually be treated during the same visit because each lesion takes only a few minutes. If there are many lesions or several different types, the doctor may suggest dividing treatment into stages: each treated lesion leaves a small crust that needs care, and starting with a first group also lets us see how your skin responds before continuing. You will leave your consultation knowing how many visits your case is likely to require.
