You do not need to arrive with the answer — that is precisely the purpose of the assessment. When several concerns are present, the order of treatment matters as much as the technique itself. In some cases, improving skin quality first enhances the outcome of everything that follows; in others, restoring structural support is the priority.
What we do not do is treat everything at once. A phased plan allows us to observe how your tissues respond and make adjustments before moving on.
Natural-looking results are decided before treatment begins. The plan is based on your proportions and anatomy, and is designed to enhance what you already have rather than give you different features.
Doses are adjusted to the lowest effective amount and, when appropriate, treatment is divided into stages so that the change remains gradual. Our aim is for the people who know you to think you look well, without being able to identify exactly what has changed.
It depends on the layer targeted by each treatment. Treatments that act on facial structure or muscle activity may become visible within days or a couple of weeks. Treatments that stimulate skin regeneration develop over several weeks or months because the result is produced by your own tissue.
During your assessment, we explain the expected timeline for the treatments recommended in your case, so you know what to expect and when.
We use CE-marked medical products, administered by an aesthetic doctor and always following a prior medical assessment. Safety begins with appropriate patient selection, not with the product itself.
Relevant contraindications are reviewed during the consultation before any treatment is recommended. These may include pregnancy or breastfeeding, active infection in the treatment area, certain autoimmune conditions during an active phase, or a history of reactions to injectable fillers, among others. When a treatment is not suitable for you, we consider alternatives or recommend waiting.
There is no single price because there is no single treatment. The cost depends on what is recommended for your case, whether the plan combines different techniques and how many stages are involved.
After your assessment, you receive a detailed quotation together with your treatment plan and proposed schedule, so you can make your decision afterwards, calmly and with all the relevant information.
They are easily confused at first glance, and this is one of the reasons patients often receive conflicting recommendations from different clinics. In practical terms, loss of firmness is related to support — facial contours become less defined and certain areas descend — whereas skin quality is reflected in texture, radiance and tissue thickness, without any structure necessarily having shifted position.
Many faces show a combination of both, in different proportions. Identifying that balance is exactly what the medical assessment is designed to do before any treatment is recommended.
In many cases, facial aesthetic medicine can rejuvenate the face without surgery. Neuromodulators, hyaluronic acid fillers, collagen stimulators and regenerative treatments can address wrinkles, firmness and skin quality.
However, these treatments cannot always replace surgery. When there is significant excess skin or advanced sagging, surgery may provide a more complete result, and in some cases both approaches can be combined.
