Yes. Before performing any treatment, a consultation is required to analyse facial characteristics, skin condition and patient expectations. This assessment allows the most appropriate treatment to be recommended and any questions to be addressed before proceeding.
Not all patients are suitable candidates for the same facial aesthetic treatments. During the consultation, different factors are analysed, such as facial anatomy, skin quality, the type of facial ageing and the patient’s goals. Medical history and possible contraindications are also reviewed before recommending any procedure.
Based on this evaluation, we determine whether the treatment is appropriate and which options make sense for your case.
Yes. In many patients, treatments can be combined to address different aspects of facial ageing, such as expression lines, facial laxity, loss of structure or skin quality. These combinations are planned individually to achieve a balanced and discreet result.
In many cases, facial aesthetic medicine can improve signs of ageing without surgery: neuromodulators, dermal fillers, collagen stimulators and regenerative therapies can address wrinkles, firmness and skin quality.
However, it does not always replace surgery. When there is significant excess skin or advanced sagging, surgery may provide a more complete result, and sometimes both approaches are combined. The right option for your case is assessed individually.
When performed under medical indication and with authorised products, facial aesthetic treatments are safe procedures. Before any treatment, an assessment is carried out to review the condition of the skin, facial anatomical characteristics and the patient’s medical history in order to identify possible contraindications.
This prior evaluation allows the most appropriate treatment to be selected and the procedure to be carried out according to medical and safety criteria. If a treatment is not indicated, alternative options are considered or the procedure may be postponed.
It depends on the treatment. Some procedures offer visible results relatively quickly, while others work by stimulating skin regeneration processes that develop progressively in the weeks following treatment.
The duration varies depending on the type of procedure performed, the treated area and the patient’s individual characteristics. In general, the effects of facial aesthetic treatments tend to last for many months and, in some cases, longer with maintenance sessions.
Most facial aesthetic treatments have effects that are limited over time and therefore usually require maintenance sessions. The frequency depends on the type of treatment, skin characteristics and each patient’s individual response.
